Dr. Aisha Baron is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Marietta, GA. Known as the "BreastNBodyDoc" on Instagram, and one of the few African-American female plastic surgeons in the United States, she offers cosmetic surgery for the breast, body, face, and skin.
The Spelman College graduate, who joined the hit reality show, Atlanta Plastic on Lifetime in 2015, believes "there shouldn't be any shame or stigma in getting plastic surgery." "There's nothing wrong with working out AND seeking cosmetic enhancements. Just like you would get your hair styled or nails done at a salon, you can get micro-needling, fillers or other procedures done to feel like your most beautiful self -- just consider it a part of your beauty routine," says Baron. "Getting plastic surgery doesn't take away from the hard work you put in at the gym."
